Ken Solis, M.D., M.A.

Brief Overview

Although my primary occupation has been as an emergency physician, I have had the good fortune to be able to pursue multiple other interests: a pioneer in freestyle rope jumping (Guinness world record x 2, National Championships, Founding board member of US Jump Rope . . .), Founder of "Weed-Out," a volunteer program to control invasive weeds in Milwaukee County, black belt in American Karate, triathlete, active, contributing member of the International Big History Association (history of the universe). This web site is dedicated, however, to adding the perspectives of complexity to various areas within philosophy.
